The Board of Directors of Meta Estate Trust, a holding company operating in the real estate sector, decided to increase the entity and #39;s share capital by up to one million lei, through cash contributions and the conversion of receivables related to preferential dividends previously approved by shareholders, according to a report by the issuer published yesterday on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) website.
