Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu does not have a plan, not even one copied from the Simion Plan or inspired by the Kamala Harris Plan, for the development of our country in the coming years, but only now is he trying to bury it by appealing to citizens and PSD members, voters and sympathizers.
